This is an album of music that had to be made, with songs that had to be sung, by two Key West legends – Lofton “Coffee” Butler and Cliff Sawyer. It’s the culmination of decades long and storied careers, of music and friendship, of two very special Key Westers.

The digital download above includes a famous song written by Key West piano teacher Ellen Welters Sanchez for Harry Truman and performed by her favorite piano student Coffee Butler at the dedication of Truman Avenue in November of 1948 – titled “The Beautiful Isle of Key West”. It also includes a Coffee Butler original song “Our Eternal Love” based on a love letter. Neither are listed in the downloads but will be in the package.

This album is the result of a perfect storm of talented musicians, gifted vocalists, and award winning producer Ian Shaw, all giving every ounce of talent.
